Return Eligibility and Timeframe: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when received. Customers can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns. Please ensure that all accompanying accessories and documentation are included to expedite the return process.
Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact us and get a Return Authorization code, then will be required to ship the item (shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender). Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed immediately.
Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, and intimate apparel, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
